The only 16 years olds who can afford this are the ones with rich parents.It is £10,000 to buy and to insure will be the same as a normal car. I also like Kei cars/vans, but why not just wait a year? Its okay :) Its just seems funny to me :) Few years ago we have -30 degrees here in Czech Republic :)

+KubikCv as long as an engine is not at operating temperature it is a cold start, and Here in south west France It is difficult to have lower temperatures

Shittest engine is Progress

They are great engines, for small diggers, lawnmowers, rock crushers, boats, cement mixers, etc. just not for cars

yeah i think it would have been a little quieter if it had a petrol engine :/

+KrystekkCF I thought it was just the starter motor, then I realized it sounds like that all the time.

But at least you don't need drivers licence and i find that really cool, if this was  a petrol car it would be quieter but i dont complain about it because that diesel can do i think 2L of diesel for 60miles/100km so i find that a really cool little car :D

You need absolutely no license to drive this car. You just have to be 16 years old. 

+benji butten In The Uk You can get the Aixam Coupe S and can be driven after taking a CBT test same as a moped

As far as I am aware they don't produce right hand steering wheeled Microcars.
