I can eat whatever I want, under the WW plan. Personally, I have some
issues with some foods and have to avoid them or eat them in moderation - a
lot of raw veggies are in that category. I used to eat a salad for lunch
every day but lately they have been causing me issues. My Dr said that many
years of undiagnosed Celiac disease ruined my stomach. :-/
Thanks! The cole slaw is really easy- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise, 1/3 cup
Splenda, 2 T Apple cider vinegar, 2 T Red wine vinegar, Salt and pepper to
taste, 1/2 - 1 t Celery seed. Mix all sauce ingredients and add 1 bag cole
slaw mix.

Hi, Fellow WW here.Looks yummy! I also add a few banana slices (which are
free!) to mine to make it like banana pudding. I grind up the fiber one for
crumbs instead though. Extra fiber! If you're interest in some make ahead
ideas. I make this in small jelly canning jars (8oz) and keep them in the
frig to grab and go. When strawberries were in season I made the parfaits
with sf chocolate pudding and it was like having chocolate covered
strawberries. :)
those all sound so good! I've been making lots of variations of these. My latest was a strawberry cheesecake yogurt, raspberries, ff cool whip, and graham cracker crumbs. So delicious!
