+dina dray I just meant that the product itself had no sugar component like cane juice , just the chocolate chips. Of course, after eating them, I can totally taste that the product is lacking in any added sugars. These were not a repurchase-able item in my opinion. Blech. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Just wanted you to know that I really enjoy watching your videos. YOu are
the most diligent person I have seen on a WW journey. You really inspire me
with the way you manage your points and seem to preplan for special
occasions, etc. Although I get a lot more points than you, I am learning a
lot and know that this can really be done. Thanks a lot and best of luck to
you in the future.
Hey there Lisa ..I assume that you have a target goal and are super close
to it ! I'm hoping you will share info, the challenges and victories
of.maintenance on WW!! You look lovely and very thin! I'm sure others will
be interested in how maintenance works also. Thanks for vids!! Ps...hope
your dad is recovering.
+ruth crawford Hi there! Yes, I am very close to my target goal. I actually keep three numbers in mind. The first is my official WW goal weight of 132. While I may slack and let the scale creep up, I try very hard to never let the number go above that. The second number is 115. This is my ultimate target goal. I am hardly ever there because when I do get there, I have to be extremely diligent to maintain that number at my age. But when I am on point with WW, it helps to give me an ultimate finish line. The third number is somewhere around 120-122. This is the weight where I personally feel is both comfortable for me (where I feel good and feel like I look pretty good), and is easier to maintain. So I am at my happy weight, but still working on my ultimate goal. Maintenance is hard though. I have to be very conscientious when I am on it, and it is hard to keep life from getting in the way. Thank you for the good thoughts for my dad, and thanks for watching!
hooray for going down! I am in the same boat as you.. still not back to
where I was two weeks ago.. but my issue has to do with starting up
training in martial arts again and being SO SUPER SORE!
