please correct me if I`m wrong but I heard some months ago that Barrio Amon was going to get a makeover in order to outstand its beauty, I even heard that the streets would be improved and that a new theatre would be built in Barrio Amon, but I still don`t see any changes...gracias x cualquier aclaraciòn!

Barrio Amon is beautiful! I stayed that the Hemingway Inn on :26 of this video. Very peaceful and relaxing part of San Jose. Next door to the hotel is an elegant yet very affordable Peruvian ran restaurant. I'm Leaving this Saturday May 22 to return for a few days vacation.

People give San Jose a bad rap.... if they just would give it a chance.... Barrio Amon is worth a look see.
