I used the microderm md machine and it left me with scars on my jaw area. I am so upset. I only did one pass and the scars showed up not long after. I look like a dog scratched me from my ear to my mouth I didn't press hard either. How do I get rid of these scars? they look horrible.

I'm disappointed that the diamond tip does not spin. It would have been much more affective if it actually did.

+Ahmed N not necessarily. It would cause too much abrasion. Pro machines don't spin.....they actually have this exact head!!!!
