hey um so I sold destiny awhile back and I don't have any dlcs and I'm gonna just get destiny the taken king dlc can I still go up to lvl 40 or do I need other dlcs

I don't think you can buy the taken King by itself, you need to but the legendary edition bundle to get it, and the other DLCs are included

No, you start at what ever level your at right now and level up from there:)

with doing some maths... to get to level 40 with the current exising xp reward system you would need more than that.

well i recently moved from xbox to playstation and i made my first character using spark of light to 25, but im on my secend character now and the easiest way if you dont have focust light is to 1-18 easy, do missions 18-25 grind, 25-40 missions meh.

Fooly, all bounties you have will be auto abandoned and exotic bounties auto completed. I dont know what will happen if you have bounties done but not turned in who knows.
