Really nice video, today I visited Toronto for the first time "driving a
car", the highways are awesome. but I get confused because everybody
driving more than 100 K/H and there is no time to take decisions when
changing routes, I wasted some time when I was there because I chose the
wrong route many times especially near the airport :) . I'm thinking how to
prof-Toronto highways or is it matter of time?
@jaredlink123 The rules are very similar, but there may be differences
depending on the state in which you live and the Canadian province in which
you want to drive. You can drive with a US license in Canada (unless of
course you plan an extended stay, then you will have to look for more
information from the authorities).
Like your other videos, this one is amazing! I couldn't help but notice how
small Toronto looks like with the video sped up that high :) . The music
complemented the video well. You have a very good choice of music, as I
have noticed in your other drives, especially the Israel ones!
The DVP is always packed. Sucks for me I live off Don Mills and have to use
it to get to work at Allen/Sheppard...No other faster routes, I've tried
Vic Park, Kennedy, Bayview etc...worst traffic in North America I believe,
even LA
@5butterfly69 I would say Toronto is more similar to Montreal or Chicago,
if you have ever been to any of those two cities. Interestingly I noticed a
lot of architectural similarities between London, England and Toronto.
@FinlaythePug Thanks. If I recall correctly, the whole route took me about
an hour, with some traffic along the way. I'm not sure about the 410 - only
if I get a chance to pass by that region in the summer :).
Awesome! I was hoping someone would make a video like this. Especially of
the 427. How long did this whole route take in real time? Also any
possibility of a video of the newest extension of the 410?

@PlanneCrash12000 Acutally there is. The Trans-Canada Highway 2 in New
Brunswick has just been rebuilt as a full expressway has it? I travelled
there in 2003. The TCH 2 was already an expressway in Edmunston, at the
I-95 exit, and the rest of the way from Fredericton to the Nova Scotia
line. The whole TCH 2 is supposed to be an expressway, so is NB 1 and a
local belt highway in Moncton.
Its thehaso2011 off simtropolis. I live in England and 401 is the only
Freeway highway whatever that I have ever been on in USA/Canada. My uncle
lives in London and we had to drive from toronto airport over to London, at
10pm, in the middle of a snowstorm (This was about 20th december 2012) so
it took us about 3 hours but it was cool :P
Don't forget, the highway 401 is NOT the Trans-Canada Highway. It's just an
Ontario Provincial route that is built to carry traffic within Canada's
most populous corridor between Windsor and Montreal. If you ask me, there
should be a 300 km/h high speed train line in that area where the 401 runs.
@seanrdesrochers Winterpeg DOES need some freeways. Some of my cousins live
there, and apparently they think it's "normal" to stop-and-go... Not the
freeways are EXACTLY a cure to heavy traffic, but really! The Disraeli
freeway is a whole 2km long... (Who thought of this?)
@seanrdesrochers Winnipeg has some sections of the perimeter and TCH that
classify as freeways. Much of the system is a also used by people living in
the area. Both London and Winnipeg could do a better job improving their
respective systems.
Great video! I can't wait till I get my drivers license because I plan on
making videos similar to yours. The only thing is that I live in
New-Brunswick and there's not very many big highways like in Ontario. :(
Nice video.... I guess this is a remake of the original song? It still
sounds awesome. The original can be found on the Ministry of Sound: 15
years collection (the past album) on itunes.
you said london is the largest city without a freeway to serve local
traffic, what about Winnipeg, it is larger and the perimeter has traffic
lights......
Well done. Very well documented. Honestly, the tripod leg reflection in the
windshield I hardly noticed until I realized you had mentioned it. Good job!
Actually jayz4evr, you are the fucking idiot. There is multiple things
reason why you are a fucking idiot. Number 1, the 407 is an east and west
highway, and casino rama is very directly north of Toronto. Number 2, the
407 is a toll highways, so even if it magically ran all the way to casino
rama (which It does not), he would have incurred around $50 in toll
charges. And last but not least, the 407 ends just after Vaughn, which is
not anywhere close to rama. Thanks for commenting
thats what i just said u idiot go back and read my comment again i dont
need u to teach me how to drive and what highway to take my reply was to
that guy who said too cheap to take the 407

@maksphoto78 Thanks. Perhaps you can point me in the direction of an
astronomer that can explain how an asteroid approaching from below the
ecliptic arrives 3 days late approaching from above the ecliptic.

+fayth fernay Hi, thanks for your comments. In answer to your question we always recharge every night usually in a camp ground. Our batteries take about 3 hours to charge but use very little power. We carry a spare battery each to ensure we can do the kilometres we need to do each day. Please share this video with any friends that might be interested in e-bikes or cycle touring.
