@sveinungj No its not electric. The last guy had it close, there is a spring that keeps it in the lowest possible ratio for more torque, as you rev the engine there is a set of weights that start to pull outwards pushing the primary clutch in. The secondary clutch works backwards and opens with increased speed allowing the belt to drop for more top speed. If you grabbed the back wheels like that you would notice a backshift and the belt would drop in the primary for more torque.

in my case , during high torque the belt travels upto the top of the driver pulley but during the low torque it travels to half of the low torque. Can anyone suggest me how can I solve this problem?

Does it move like that because of the speed of the shaft or is it something electric maybe electric programming chip? I hope its not an electrical feature. Please help

@mcskatin its not electrical its does that because there is a spring inside the clutch and when it spins centripetal forces act on it which makes it go in =)

@mcskatin I think it move because of the speed of the shaft and I dont think its electric. But im not to sure about things like that:)

My belt does not reach to the top in driver pulley during low torque which does not give me top speed. So what can I do for it?

This was when my Polaris was nearly new, If i would have done the same now i would probably push the gas alot more.
