Elliot Easton on guitar rounds out an all star group of musicians. Haunting
vocals, beautiful melodies and simple but exquisite hooks define this
group. Yeah Classic, but sounds sooooo good in the present, yet 30+ years
ago. Listen to to "It's All I can Do" and tell me they weren't creating the
blue print for modern pop music.
It's too bad bands from different eras couldn't go on tour together. I mean
just think of it, pair up the Cars with the Doors, the Car Door tour, the
marketing sells itself.
+Richard BarnescoTodd would agree with me, I agree:) Ben is a tad overrated b/c he's not as ugly as Ric. It's no wonder Ben's solo career tanked; he's really just an average bassist/singer.
That is such a ridiculous statement....and I know Todd would agree.
