bei mir geht das net ich geb das ein: startmovie test1 Avi dann kommt das
AVI is no longer supported! Make sure QuickTime is installed and use "h264"
- if you install QuickTime, you will need to reboot before using
startmovie.
I FIXED IT!I KNOW THE PRMblEM NOW! Ok people listen carefully, for
camstasia 7 you open up the video clip in the camtasia then while it's
still in the clip bin right click and go to "extract camrec content" then
chose desktop and type "video sample.Avi" and then ok, a bunch of stuff
will appear on the desktop including you Avi video file from the clip, save
the video sample but delete everything else then open the avi file in
winodws movie maker!!!
doesn't really work properly. When I import camrec file, preview window in
Camcasia shows it with some weird lines, 3 thin horizontal lines right
across the video. Nothing turns them off and video converts to AVI with
them on. Only "extraction" helps, without importing. It extract clear video
without any lines.
Oh and btw homonyms aside, good tip! 7zip did the extract, and for me, the
audio was in the avi, not extracted separate. Very good to know, I usually
save camrecs as avi, but this time it crashed and all I had was recovery
mode, which didn't give me the option.. and screw mp4 format. cheers big
ears...
The version of Windows that is 7.0. It doesn't work because it doesn't have
an option to do that. Anyway, that comment is unlikely to reply as from
your time it was six months ago, you won't reply either and this was
pointless. Nonetheless, I have nothing better to do. So okay then, I guess
bye?
@SackBoy98 ME TOO! So I found the solution: Open up your Camtasia project.
Go to the file bin. Right click on the camrec file you wish to convert.
Click "Extract camrec contents...". Then choose a folder. The AVI file will
be in there.
omg i can't believe this..i mean i was searchin for this thingy for the
whole day,i checked the whole options thingy,i googled it by using like 100
key words and phrases..and now it s 2.30 in the morning..man...you ROCK! =D
OR DO THIS, Open the video on camtasia drag it onto the timeline on the top
click the down arrow on produce and share click share on youtube then
follow the steps you're given DONE!!!
I dont not get option on my laptop (windows 7) like this one in the video
above, can somebody pleaseTell me how to convert a .camrec file into a .avi
on a windows 7 laptop. please...!
People don't be fool by it, look at the title, it only convert to video
file, not avi file, the video converted will be seperate from the sound
file, so its not a complete avi file.
When you record something in avi can you get a picture too or just sound?
Also can you have both voice and game audio? Please help so i can upload
walkthroughs to youtube thanks.
Ah, never mind for the comment, I got it, you just need to download the
extract program. Now I just need to figure how I add my intro to my video
and then add it t avi. XD
a lot faster THAN .... THAN... You're not doing something first THEN
something else faster, you're doing something first which is faster THAN
doing it another way. jesus
Note: .camrec not .camproject if u edited your video in the editor and
saves and try do this, it will not work. u can only get your recording
without any edits to .avi
if you don't the "Extract"n option, you neet to open your camrec file on
camtasia studio then ight click on your video and give "Extract contents
Camrec" good lock
OMG thanks man and noionxion i think why u cant find extract is that THE
VIDEO must be on desktop not the Camtasia programm then click on it with
right mouse.
load it into vdub and save it.. if you don't care about reencoding it, it
should save the video and audio together in the same format it was
extracted as.
@SackBoy98 i found another way i'll make a tutorial soon.... AKA tonight
AKA right now
