This connector has broke for so many people. There should be a class action lawsuit against wd for encrypting or data without consent. I never enabled encryption. It does it by default. I didn't know this when I bought. It should be a choice. This is complete bullshit. If this doesn't work for me I've lost all my family photos and video.
