To get less power...yeah, no one is that stupid. The TL Type-S and TSX Type-S (of which the TSX has the TL-S engine, not the other way around) could be swapped in but for the money you would spend (unless doing it yourself) you are better off just buying a 6MT Accord V6 (the 3.5L version from 2008+).
