this is great and all but my replacement frame came with fake lenses that when i took out the filiment snapped what do i do about that?

+LinksGirlFriend u need new filamint...stick the filMent in and light the outside end....burn a ball to hold it...the. do the otherside sunggly holding the lence. burn other side

ordered new frames at a really reasonable cost from Zenni when my wife's filament hold actually broke at the frame. Got the new glasses and the filament was about a quarter inch too long so this doesn't help. I searched youtube and saw some fixes mostly involving fire and melting the end of the filament but not happy the wrong size filament came installed on the new frames.

The fishwire was so tight and I was being so careful, but it snapped. Now I have to instal a new fishwire, but there is no video for that trick.

yes, I did, and they sent me a replacement frame. I was trying to follow the video, and the wire snapped. I called them again and asked for advice. They said that they could not send me another set of frames and that this time I need to see an eyeglasses store. (totally understood). I did that and it was only $15 to get them repaired. Zenni had supplied me with additional fishwires just in case.
