This sauce came out amazingly great. thank you so much. I made it with store bought mango juice, reduced by half but the sauce was still very runny. I was thinking about using tiny bit of corn starch but then i thought its not big deal, dont wanna ruin the flavor any bit. I used the pulp and everything of the red habaneros (thats the only ones I could find at that time, the super hot ones lol) but strained out the sauce. All the remainder pulp (mind you that was lots of it) in the end can ALSO be used as a separate hot sauce. One could use it in butter or mayo to make some lovely dipping sauce or chicken sandwich mayo etc. once again, thanks for the lovely recipe.
