+bebuk this video is weird because it kind of depends on what country you are in. It has a copyright claim against it and that claim has this video blocked to viewers of particular countries. That would be my best guess on what your problem is, it has to do with the copyright junk.

Canary Wharf was a massive success; it boosted the London (and indirectly the national) economy through large financial investment. Because the Olympics are temporary, it won't have the same long-term impact, but there will be large amounts of money spent in the local area, which should partly help.
