Yeah looks like a C4, for it to be going 165 MPH, I don't think it's stock at all. Would be sad if it was a ZR-1 :(, gone to waste just like that. Cops look a bit too close to be following the Vette going 165 MPH!! Unless it's later on in the vid. when it starts to take off or maybe I am underestimating the speed of the Police cruisers.

this video is total bullshit. the corvette can do 165 easy but squad cars cant. they are programmed to shut down at 140mph. i have alot of cop friends and i know all about the cars. they cant go 165. hell the speedo doesnt even read that high

It's Maricopa County. (I live there) ...not Buckeye county....Buckeye is the city just east of where the chase is....it's about 30 miles east of Phoenix..I remember this one...

@olvanish, the way it slid out like that as he tried to maneuver around the trucks, must have been a C4, they don't have the best traction.
