I think you may be right. It's hard to see in this video but the taser wire somehow got wrapped around the officers wrist and Scotts leg. As he runs away you can see the wire become taut and the taser tumbling behind as he runs away. It kinda looks like he's tripping over it as he's about to go down. The taser actually slingshots right up to his feet as he goes down. That you can see in your video but it's not easy. I still thinks it's BS though. What gets me is noone else has mentioned much about that. Some of the major news outlets have that part covered up with a banner of some sort and on high speed you can't really see the taser wires either. Other outlets even chop the part out where he knocks it out of his hand. I'm surprised others haven't slowed this down and pointed that stuff out. It's more evidence they were in a struggle before hand for that taser wire to have been tangled up around both of them. Makes you wonder if there isn't those out there who want to see a riot or civil war.

I did they were great, after searching for them after this video it was like a treasure hunt i had to get them. I didnt like the orange ones as much but yes i always look forward to new videos. 

So after 2 months of searching i found dr pepper twists in toys r us in LA on accident
