@Galacticmaster I seriously disagree with you. Changing my diet has
completely stopped my cystic acne...!! It is also proven via several
scientific studies that diet affects skin conditions. You don't have to do
a serious diet program. No body should be "making money" because you
changed your diet. Just stop eating fast foods. Start cooking at home. Use
less oils. Cook food slowly. I mean, there is a wealth of information at
your library and online FOR FREE. Exercise is also free...

Thanks for sharing your story. I can relate, because I suffered with acne
as a teen. It was horrible. In the end, I found that natural cures worked
the best for me, and I tried all kinds of pills and potions that weren't
suitable for my type of acne. What I recommend to others now is a guide

It did not work for me! And your wasting 40 bucks for a apple fast...
Something that you can look up or find in a simple search for free. People!
Don't waste your time or money buying this book, it's a big rip off. And
the porblem with the apple fast is the sugar inside the apples. It will
still feed the candida. I recommend doing another fasting/detox with no
fruit or something with very low natural sugar. Like young coconut water
fast or even a simple water fasting.

@cookiemonsterules I have asked my dermatologist and he says that diet
doesn't have to do with acne, however, I can't argue with my results. When
I told him about my diet change and how its related to my skin he just said
"Oh, well then keep it up!" There is loads of science that shows how
excessive sugar intake, not having correctly balanced oils, etc, etc,
effect the skin. I don't understand how people are saying diet doesn't do
anything with a straight face...

:) Im almost 14, and i started getting acne when I was like 11. It SUCKS!!!
It has honestly brought me down soo much, just like you. Alot of people
that I know have used the system "AcneFree" For them, it has worked
realllyyy well. I just bought it today and i used it for the first time

its a scam,chris gibson never had acne,and hes had many people try and take
him to court for false information in his so called book, never trust a
website that looks like that, PLUS all the natural ways to get rid of acne
are on trusted websites online such as information on vitamins,drink and
foods.most of the things ive looked up have worked for me,but that guy is
as false as unicorns are real.

@cookiemonsterules Hi, this is QJ on my new account. Well my D said diet
doesn't help, but when I told him my experience he just shrugged as if to
say "whatever works". Yes, I disagree with my D when he says diet doesn't
mean anything towards your skin. At the same time, he did not DENY that
when I improved my diet, my skin was clearer. I feel as if he just doesn't
care or think about it.

that sck is amazing, I just got it about a week ago and it Works so fast
and so great on my skin. my acné was really bad on my cheeks and my
forehead and after a couple of days I already saw amazing results. my

Please reply: So I've had acne for about 2 years now & I'm only 14 =( my
acne brought me down soo much. Even thoughts of suicide. I still have
terrible acne, but recently I just went to a specialist & he said it was a
yeast infection. & I'm a male. I have no clue if he's wrong or if he's
right, how to get rid of it.

Ok remember acne doesn't show up as much on camera. Okay and people
remember she may have had really bad acne at one time. I would rather hear
from someone who has tried a bunch of products and finally found the ones
that worked then hear from someone who hasn't figured out what works and
what doesn't.

@cookiemonsterules I should also mention that I had a D.O. derm, as well.
And naturally, he was a big proponent of changing my diet and making sure
my PH is correct so that the skin can function. D.O.'s will say diet is
huge, but M.D.'s seem to have various feelings.

I would say try my acne erasing secrets system first before this because
you will have a much better chance at succeeding! I just felt that the
ebook didn't have enough "here's what to do to get rid of your acne advice"
I think it could have had more of that and less scientific babble! that's

@madara840 honestly don't waste your time with exposed, it's not natural
and won't help... Diet is the only thing that will really help you. Putting
a cream on your skin doesn't balance your hormones, your diet needs to
change so that your hormones become balanced... Try the secret acne cleanse
out for a few days and see if that make's a difference first.

it did nothing for me my face was killing me I paid 20 bucks and it was
totally worthless, eating nothing but apples for 3 days and the enmas did
nothing. The whole ebook also barely covered enough info 90% of the ebook
was covering the Guys life and what he went through. anyone who wants my
copy can have it for free... OMG... what a waste.
@ctapplin Yes! for sure, it works for all skin types and colors... The
causes of acne are the same so once you understand that it's just about
applying what I teach in acne erasing secrets and being consistent with it.

I agree because i have Acne Free in 3 days and i have not start the program
as yet, but about 75% of that book is irreverent !. I am thinking of
getting your ebook because i dont want to do the enema, ...or does ur
program require enema?
I am glad you are noticing that a healthy diet makes a difference! Feeding
your body with junk, which your skin also feeds off of, is why your skin
gets worse. Healthy diet is a lifestyle change, not just a temporary one.

@acneerasingsecrets hey i really want to clear up and im thinking of using
exposed acne treatment routine because i dont think eating helthy will get
me cleared up i break out mostly on cheeks and jawline its hormonal

product... Is food a scam? no... It's just a product... A scam is something
that promises something but doesn't deliver.

beneficial and healthy to your skin so I would do... there are quite a few
cleanses and detox diets that are good for acne.
@idolfun14 it's actually not a medical procedure... a lot of people do
enema's from home... You can buy enema's at your local grocery store... I
got mine at meijer (a midwest grocery store)
