When dealing with traffic or parking tickets, I've been more effective by jus sending the tickets back to them. Doesn't cost much, just some postage costs and making a couple of copies of some things. They're trying to do business with a straw and U can avoid the whole thing by sending their tickets back to them. Read the Rules of Procedure pertaining to the issuance & service of summonses. It may be easier to just pay the fake money but their are some who are actually interested in liberation

@Forensource You must not have really watched the video to say anything about it. This video instructs ANYONE the legal way to fight a traffic case. It has nothing to do with Sovereignty or theories. When you get a ticket, you can pay it or dispute it in court. That is basic law. So please do not write before you understand the premise of the video.

i dont believe you can raise the point suffiency of the evidence in at the trial level, that is reserved for the appeal. and basically the appeal court only hears matter of law not facts. but on appeal he can use suffiecny of the evidence to getthe appeals court to listen to the facts.

@Tadow001 , you must file your paperwork to the traffic clerk a couple days before the hearing. Your paperwork must challenge jurisdiction, state your nationality and the codes/law that you believe give you reason.

When it all breaks down, who really needs "permission" to drive. Only folks who make "contract" agreements with said entity using Christian names(government or corporation, whatever they calling themselves today).
