Good thing to check before buying a new home. All homes should be inspected before purchasing. If you don't get your home inspected things like this could go unnoticed and they could add up to big money.

This is a crock. Our community, the City of Hoboken has installed those and stopped providing proper garbage and waste pickup. Do not buy into this foolishness. You public works employees will be laid off and you will be left with filth in your streets.
