Only way to know if the pistol was real was w8 for the kid to shoot. 50/50 chance its real. But if u were the officer with a family and kids, would you shoot first or w8 to be shot at first?

+Dog alpha Ohio is an open carry state and at the time of police contact the 12 year old wasn't pointing the gun at anyone.

more idiot judges..and that 'african-american' judge [and, as i am the same ethnicity - before youtubers lose their got dam minds], imho, he's an idiot and i suspect, also [need i say more?] a sneaky, a&&ed ultra conservative, maybe pretending to be otherwise....like paula said in that movie, "i don't trust black republicans!".... because wtfrak?? how is it that judge was so confused??..he must be getting paid to hate himself and all of his family..including his ancestors..the new version of our ever reliable, uncle tom...and i realize it might have, to various and other idiots, been an obvious decision to not arrest that a&&hole for killing that kid - because why did he shoot to kill, right away? some of them say it's because the police thought it was a real gun. and the racist idiots, again, will say, 'yes, that's why and he shouldn't have had the gun.'...but if they would be reasonable, fair and non-hateful and sane, they'd know the real stats on how many kids and adults, 'black' and also, 'white' were under the same or similar situation as well as the stats and the outcomes...black kids at a pool party, to racist neighbors and cops = a dangerous mob..white kids, in the same situation = a non-dangerous crowd...period...wtg, USA!! i'm *[NOT!! so] proud to be a citizen today. *:-/*

I agree with you,it's just like he did make a judgement more of a recommendation just to look good,and yet prosecutors call. it is.He just washed his hands just like Pontius Pilate,but much more worse.He should have told everyone that it won't be binding enough to make apprehensions if a guilty verdict comes out by state law,in all honesty.Such a waste of time and taxpayers money if it's just useless hearing.It's been a mockery that other countries tell us,we're trying to act proud as the worlds enforcer of democracy yet we can't even clean our own backyard's mess.It's a shame really,like you said to be an american if these things continue going on with no end in sight.

Watch the video, the officers drove onto the sidewalk and began shooting before they had even fully left the vehicle. In the video the police started shooting three seconds after arriving on the scene. They made no effort to communicate with this kid and decided to shoot first and ask questions later, so please take that into consideration when forming an oppinion on this case.
