Well good luck to the poor sorry SOB that buys this thing ! Laughed my ass
off ! That green Zenith radio cabinet is hideous ! There is a local antique
store that has an old empty Bendix radio/phono cabinet in their basement.
It's all original and in good shape, they want 20 bucks. I I would have
loved to seen this thing new, it would have ruled your living room, it's
fucking huge ! Thanks for sharing.
Simply amazing- i'm glad I am not the only one that has noticed the
something- foot size TV ads. I once saw a listing for a "Samsung dlp 72'
television" selling for 400 dollars (used of course)
Yuck!! Even if I could afford such crap I wouldn't touch it ! It's sad what
some people do to these sets . I've looked for thing's at a fair price. Now
that's a joke. Thank you for sharing.
I saw a '64 philco console that was converted to a table, but it still had
the chassis in tact, so I am looking to buy it and convert it back to a
stereo console.
+Iryna Caro Acosta Are you speaking of charged by eBay? if so, then yes. They charge 30 cents per listing. but like the first 20 are free. Then they charge 10% on anything you sale, but refund the 30 cents.
those 3 mugs with the captain holding his pipe is stoneware from ohio circa
1910, your table is circa 1940 or 1930 hope it helps good videos can u make
a video about how to actually list on EBAY and put yourself in front of the
competition keep up the cool work
+olde colony best advise to get good listings and sales on ebay, under cut by a dollar or two, the average price it's actually being sold for. not listed for, check the sold listings. advanced search.
+Picking Profits Do you cross check your prices with Amazon? to compare prices? Also, are there remakes or fakes made of this mug? How can one be sure they found or bought a legit original?
When an item is sterling silver or plated silver, will it always have a
stamp/marking on it telling you that? I found a silver looking platter
thing but it had no markings, it was really tarnished, but i passed because
I didnt know at the time. I know now to use make up / magnet to test it for
a better idea.
I thought I would never find a Starbucks mug and then found 7 on one
shelf. Still don't know what to do with them since I don't sell on
Amazon. The thing that's killing me is that I have South American ones and
the Global Icon BRASIL which I know I should sell NOW during the World
Soccer Cup but I don't want to sell it for $50 when it would go for $100 or
more on Amazon, but I might take the loss and do it anyway. After all I
only paid 75¢ each for them.. I have two demitasse Seoul Korea in the box,
pristine EXCEPT for the big $2.50 that the clerks at the thrift store wrote
in Sharpie. Now how am I going to get THAT off of the cardboard box??????
Also bought a really good book about pocket knives that day and another
rabid clerk had written $2.50 in Sharpie about 3" high on the front of the
paperback large book. I tried to remove that and only got a big smudge. I
think the thrift stores, as they are getting wind of people reselling
things are going to great lengths to make sure that we DON'T. But I have
left things on the shelves that have prices written so hard and so big. I
mean, what difference does it make who buys them and what they do with
them? The people donate the items for free (I myself donate a LOT to
them.) So they get money for things they get for free; why do they try to
keep us from BUYING THEM?????
Hi, about that guitar you bought. It looked to be a copy of the Martin
D-45. Thing is it was a copy. The neck of the guitar will need to be reset
and the spruce top replaced. If that was a Martin D-45 and you got it for
$65.00 it would be worth it do that, otherwise not so much. Like your
videos btw.
Interesting. I know nothing about the guitar I just kinda thought it looked valuable but it does need a repair.
