'67 Honda S65...Was For Sale, Now Sold
Bike is in good condition but needs a couple things fixed. It belongs to a friend; she wants to sell it so she brought it over for me to check out. I timed it, adjusted ...
@MrWhogivesabuck My best advice is to follow this format: make a simple
video of it, give as much information as you can, features/problems, and
speak to the most be appropriate kind of buyer: A fixer-upper? Recommend it
only to tinker-ers, mechanics. Silky smooth? Then it's good for
anyone—girlfriends, students, anyone wanting a stylish old bike. It's the
best way to minimize contact with flakes and looky-loos. I've sold to the
first caller—full price—every time I've sold this way.
I miss those street scrambler, street legal, bikes that Honda and Yamaha
used to make. They were affordable, powerful enough, and fun to ride. Miss
having 2 stroke engines, too. The most fun bike I ever owned was a 2
stroke, 80cc, single cylinder Yamaha with autolube.
No, they worked fine. My recommendation is to get a wiring diagram and
start tracing power if that's within your skill set. Maybe the wires are
broken off at the switch from a long-ago fall over…hard to say.
No, they're very good. I'd rather replace my tires more often and have more
grip, but I suppose it all depends on what you want: Cheng Shin tires never
wear out because they have no grip.
I went to the one in San Bernardino and it was apparent that the ladies
there considered picking through clothes a full time job. Likely buying to
take to Mexico or the swap meet. Nice video, coulda swore I saw you
wearing a SF Giants cap on a recent video though. All Cubs today...nice
gear.
50 cents what the hell? Ours is like 1.29 per pound and it is always crazy
mobbed. There are actually organized gangs of people who are working
together and I mean like 30 people all working together. They grab
everything first then throw it all back. Same with books.
Wow that outlet is really calm and laid back compared to the ones by me
down in Indy. Man they will push you, shove you and if they have to, step
on you. You have to ready for the battle down here. LOL!
Yeah i hate shop goodwill.com....used to pull killer killer stuff from the
regular goodwills. Now they keep all the good stuff in the back and ship it
to the offices to list online
Chris. Got a killer one. And it's very geeky. Requires an Apple TV, but I'd
bet there's a Google way to do this that I'm unaware of. It's so simple
it's kind of funny: discounted iTunes Gift Cards.
Every Xmas those cards start to go %20 online and retail. My local
supermarket chain offers them. So what I used to do was buy them as gifts
for young people in my life. But this last year I woke up out of my coma
and realized I should be buying them for ME.
Why?
1. Every song or album I buy off iTunes? It's now %20 off. Most albums are
now $8 instead of $10.
2. This goes for movies as well. Instead of going to the cinema and seeing
THE MARTIAN for roughly $24, I just bought it for $12. Or I could have
rented it for $4.
3. Is buying too old school for the kids? Well I now 'rent' the entire
iTunes Music Library for $8 a month.
4. Hulu? $6.39 a month. Because I subscribe thru Apple TV/iTunes store.
That's $21 off of Hulu a year alone. I currently don't do Netflix (because,
like you say, I turn these apps off and on instead of leaving them on) but
that would be %20 off too.
Do you do this Chris?
Another way to save money is to turn off lights in rooms no one is using
and that goes for the TV, computer, tablet and cell phone as it saves you
battery and electricity as well plus another thing I do is buy my steam
games when on sale and sometimes I save 80% which is like getting a free
game plus my money will stretch to buy another game on sale so I have tons
of almost free games when they are on sale especially on 80% off it super
SEXY I love saving my pennies :)
