The intro archival footage was quite interesting. There was a Mr. Steak in Madison, WI that looked identical to the building shown. They must have all been built to a standard blueprint. It closed down about 40 years ago.

Being a New Englander & having cooked cod many times over the years, I have to wonder what they do to it to allow them to char for it to then be edible, and to not fall to pieces. Thanks for the review. Out of all the fast food fish sandwiches (McDonald's, Arby's, Wendy's, and Hardees) which is your favorite/most highly rated? I not a fish person, especially with very fishy tasting fish... But I make an exception and sometimes have a fast food fish sandwich during Lent, but it has always been from McDonald's.

I find the wendy's sandwich to actually be really awesome .... with that said I haven't had it since last year.... so it may have gone down in quality (like their salads) ... Wish I had a hardy's nearby .... You should do a fast food salad comparison video (freshness, nutritional content, quality of greens and value)
