No matter what car you have, if a thief wants it he will take it. Go with whatever you like don't worry about the thieves. But to answer your question yes 96-00 civics are more easy to steal.

if its a coupe its an em2 if its a 4 door its an es1. the 99-00 are em1

heres a tip sell that pos if you want a "cool" or "fast" car. Its a civic
they were built to take grandma to the grocery store. It will never be fast
unless you throw alot of money at it and it will always look like a ricer
burner nomatter what you do with it. Buy a real car "theres no replacement
for displacement"!

Haha thx problem is im tryin to find it manual to and only ones i find are
beat up to where mom will bitch about it. Dont like dented cars in her
driveway lol car i drive now got hit by movin van. I check craigslist alot
but ill start lookin on ebay to. Thanks

If you do what I do and refresh craigslist and ebay every damn day for two
weeks or so and keep your phone handy you can find a deal. Got my 01 honda
coupe for 3500, one owner, looked like new, 130000 miles... Youll get it
man you just gotta want it bad enough

Hey man nice EM2 I just lowered my 01 coupe, and i was originally going to
just drop one inch but changed to 2" at the last min and it was totally
worth it. Two inches is a nice clean drop. Keep up the good work it looks
awesome!

sedan ex typically come with automatic transmissions but the coupes come
standard with a 5 speed transmission..... that your ganna have to change
every 20,000 miles.... wich is retarded..... they got mad transmission

Turbo after market every thing cam gear I have an 2001 civic ex but it's
auto tranny and it's the vtec motor single cam I'm going to put a cold air
in to it and find a manul tranny

civic dont come with leather .... just the ex has a vtec engine and sunroof
thats it about the tranny ive seen so many where i live 4door ex stick..

tranny problem?? maybe only you have that problem, mine already has 150,000
