You may want to check the load on the dyno, it sounded like that run took a lot longer then it should have. Also, the strap accost the top of the car is fucking ghetto.

the holes reduce drag thats from air going under the car and swirling around the bumper. the holes let air through.

only low 11's? there are 2 civics with half that power run 1.5 secs faster with nitto nt450 tires and a bad launch.
