+Hector Mendoza I don't remember what flavor of ThreeBond I used to use, but I don't use it anymore as it can lead to overtorqued drain plugs. If you want to use something, low strength Loctite will work. Thanks for watching!
I'll put it on my to-do list. I will probably post it in my build thread on t4r.org - my username on there is Mc1337sauce. Check back there, say, mid-May and it should be there.
It's me again can you make video on how to clean engine bay safely. Really
really appreciate it if you could. I haven't done it yet I'm a little
afraid that if I do something might get damaged. 2001 toyota tacoma. Just
had my engine rebuilt 3rz runs good. But I hear a noise like pulley or belt
at cold start up. Hum not sure how to check that either. Well thanks again
I have a video on my channel on how to clean your engine bay...it's a general video pointing out things on the vehicles I had on hand at the time, including my truck. There are really only a few things to watch out for - if you have a cold air intake, cover the filter; if you have any aftermarket lights or a sub power wire, avoid soaking the grommets that they run through. Those are the only major points that could cause trouble - the only other thing I have encountered an issue with (one time) was water getting down into the spark plug holes - it caused a misfire, but is fixed by pulling the plug wires and letting the holes dry out. This happened after I changed my spark plugs though, so I'm fairly sure I just did not seat the boot down fully, as it has never happened again. I will have more free time starting the beginning of May, so if you want, I can write up a tutorial with pictures and tips/tricks as well. Thanks for watching!
Hi, have you ever changed fuel filter on 3RZ-FE engine? I can't find video
about it... it seems to be difficult without taking off intake manifold.
Thanks in advance
I have changed the fuel filter numerous times throughout the life of my truck, and it is a royal pain to do. The Toyota FSM calls for the intake manifold to be removed, but with the proper obstruction wrenches and working through the wheel well, the job can be completed relatively easily, and with some practice I can get it done in about an hour these days. Thanks for watching!
Dude how do you get your engine bay so clean like that. You really take
good care of your truck. I have 2001 toyota tacoma prerunner 3rz . Its very
nice and i want it to run top notch. And look clean
Awesome i will clean the engine bay this weekend. And it's good to know that i can count on you for troubleshooting support on any issues my truck may encounter. Thank you so much
I'm the original owner of the truck and have kept it clean since it was new, so it's not too hard to clean my engine bay. If yours is dirty, it is very easy to clean with the right tools and products. All you really need is a degreaser (I use Simple Green), a toothbrush for tight spots, some larger brushes, a wash mitt/sponge, and for the finishing touches, spray wax for all the painted surfaces and some sort of Armor All/plastic dressing for all of the hoses and plastic bits. It takes a lot of time and elbow grease the first time you clean it, but after that, it is super easy to maintain. I took a friend's 1989 Volvo from disgusting to near show-ready in a couple hours, so anything is possible. If you need any help with maintenance, you can always ask me here, or visit tacomaworld.com or customtacos.com for help with any issues you may encounter. Thanks for watching!

It will be a disaster. Every time some sector is privatized in Mexico it
only benefits a small oligarchy. When Telmex (the phone company) was
privatized, Carlos Slim became the wealthiest man in the world while we pay
rates 40% higher than the average of the rest of the countries in the OECD,
when they privatized the highways the fares went sky-high and the highways
are still in bad conditions, when they sold the railways network the
service for passengers just disappeared affecting millions of Mexicans.
Now they are selling the wealth of the nation to a bunch of multinational
companies.
Also, they didn't ask the people, the huge majority of people in Mexico is
against this reform. Democracy is dead in my country, it is a shame.
What they dont mention is that it's a lie that Mexico Pemex wasnt producing
enough oil, after all it was feeding the entire country with oil and
exporting some too. It made up 40% of the national budget for public
affairs such as education. It is however a weak company compared to it's
real potential. But this is due to the same politcians who now privatized
it. If you dont have the necessary technology BUY IT, I dont understand
this logic of needing to privatize in order to obtain technology, why not
just buy it or develop it on your own, there's plenty of money to do that.
If they privatize the oil company, it will not benefit Mexican people it
will benefit Capitalist. Of course, they can get needed technology needed
to extract more oil and refine it faster without privatizing it. The
problem in Mexico is the government not the labor unions or the people.
