The great Jerry Lee Lewis! Saw him in NY at BB Kings Blues club several
times and got to hang out backstage.
Is the blond guy in the front row with the cowboy hat and tie Jason
D.Williams at 29:45-29:47? Jason D. was good but Jerry was and is better
and nobody can sing like the Killer. Thanks for posting the vid.

+FedericoHi Federico. I'm not sure if it is Jason D. but he does look like a young Jason D. The earliest I ever saw Jason was on Music City Tonight in the 90's with Jerry Lee and Mickey Gilley. Jerry didn't seem very happy on that show and I think Jason D. pissed him off a little.
Here we are, back at Dave and Busters! We played a variety of games in this video, everything from claw machines to ticket games. We ended up with a bunch of ...
I don't really keep up with The Used anymore though they used to be one of
my favorite bands as a teenager. I'm just wondering if anyone else hears
the christian undertones in this song. Has The Used taken a turn into
Christian Rock? I wasn't even aware that they were religious, I never would
have guessed it judging from their old stuff (Shallow Believer?)
Nope, not at old, it's just the messages and the sweet words need a suitable beat, if you really need Christian, listen to Skillet and Within Temptation - this is not even close
+karton realista Thank you. Honestly I was a little bit afraid we had lost him. "On the Cross" is exactly the song that came to mind when I heard this song, and I was confused. When I was a teen figuring out my own atheism that song really opened my eyes. I understand artists grow and change as they get older but I hope Bert always stays Bert in that sense.
No, it's the opposite. Bert sings "So god bless the USA for what's it worth and let it be Because there is no god there is no USA, from what I see" in "A song to stifle imperial progression". You can also look at songs like "Make Believe", or older songs, like "On the cross". Atheism is an integral part of Bert's personality and big part of lyrics created by him.

+John Smith Yep. But I think they do a good job at making sure they get to you, which is another reason why I love this album and the way it puts things.
Seems like all my old favorite bands have changed to this new mainstream
poppy radio station sound.
The Used, Paramore, Fall Out Boy, Panic At The Disco, My Chemical Romance,
Versaemerge. I can go on and on.
It really makes me sad and gives me a sort of cynical feeling towards new
albums coming out by said bands.
It's one thing when a band changes their sound a bit. That is
understandable. But when a band changes their entire genre, they really
aren't even the same band anymore.
This is rock, alternative rock, get the idea, if you cannot tell apart rock and pop, i'm pretty sure that your argument is invalid, there are some good bands today, go search for them, the media won't ket them come to you.
This song is by far my favourite off the album! It's constantly on
repeat!!! Quite close to being my favourite The Used song (nothing will
overtake On My Own though). xD
omg, that really sounds awesome! i so want to experience their energy live.. but i think i'll need a little more luck since they're not in switzerland very often - they are next week but at a festival where you have to pay for all 3 days.. hope there will be another chance!
+gobblegot "A Song To Stifle Imperial Progression", a song that disses American foreign and environmental policy. It's a very good song, really. Unless you're a Republican. Then, you'll hate it.
Same with me I loved make believe revolution and cry but then when I heard the rest and like wtf is this but this is one of those albums you really have to listen to too understand
