hard they are. I once found a print of the Thermopylae leaving Foo Chow
harbour. I fell in love with it.

+PRETERIST LAB - END TIMES Thanks for your comment , this clipper has a great meaning for me as her resting place is a few miles away from my home. Thermopylae was bougth by portugusese navy in 1896, intended to be a school ship , Pedro Nunes,but a later inspection detected a severe infestation o shipworm teredo, after a short carrer as coal deposit in Tagus river she was sunk at Cascais Bay , in a torpedo practice in 1907. A very grim end for such a beauty.
