Video is irrelevant. This came up in a search for how to disable Sync in Microsoft 2010. Computer voice is very difficult to understand. Fail.

but how do I disable sync in Outlook 2010? when I go to the inbox>properties I don't find "folder sync" tab....

Its ridiculous .. simply ridiculous and unbelievable HUGE MISTAKE from the YT development team. I have spended hours, days on this UNNECESSARY ISSUE.. the issue lies in the fact that outlook is 'steered' by YT and it tries to download 'images' from IMG(1,2,3,4 etc..) [dot] Youtube[dot]com and in that procedure.. Outlook 2010 times out after 2 minutes. Then it comes back again. I do not know what YT is trying to push onto your computers. I see it as spyware ATTEMPT FROM YT. Ur followed. Period.

Funny, but this is the first YT email today that has come through from just plain YouTube not YouTube Service. So no crash! I've had to whack myself on the side of the head everytime I've landed on a YT email today. I can't live without my reading pane, so it looks like the Junk mail tip might be the one that works. Thanks very much to everyone for their input! I have, of course, whined to YT to damn well put it back like it was. Change is not necessarily progress.

Another solution would be to remove the email address from your safe senders list. Go to "Actions" at the top, then "Junk E-Mail" then click on "Junk E-Mail Options..." Click the "Safe Senders" tab and find "[email protected]" and remove it from the list. The program still hangs for a few moments when clicking on messages from youtube, but not nearly as much, and it doesn't crash.

If they leave stuff alone they will be out of a job, so everything has to reworked constantly. I also have a problem with the commercials being three or four times longer than the video. It would be so easy to program the ad assignment to take into consideration the length of the video. Thanks Dex, Mike.

Just wondering if you know why, or what would cause my sony movie studio to uplaod to youtube with no sound, it has happened 2 times within 50 videos, on this recent time, i just dropped the vid in, put my over lay media sites on the bottom and clicked "make movie" didnt touch anything else

Thank you for prominently pointing out this problem and a workaround. I created a Quickstep to move these emails quickly from the Junk folder to a dedicated "broken youtube mails" folder after reading them. In the Junk folder they would be deleted after some time.

Press your channel icon in top right corner so that the drop down menu appears. Go to Settings Email Here are all the settings to check. Also make sure your YouTube emails are not accidentally ending up in a Spam or Junk Email folder.

Yes I have noticed the same thing with In-Stream Ads. They're also now showing more and more Ads that have ZERO relevance to the viewer. In the past you only saw targeted Ads based on your web browsing history.

I received a chunk of YT emails between a small time stamp of 1 hour duration. All worked fine. Now I see it's back to being shit. Looks like they are experimenting. I will say no more.
