ive had RLS for 2 years now. try vicks vapor rub. apply it over your problem area. it helps me the best. and i can finnaly sleep. or you can try pot ot does wonders for RLS :D

Having issues removing the handle. The set screw is removed and any amount of tugging will not move it. An I missing something or is there just deposits of stuff and I need to pull harder?

Soak a cloth in vinegar and water then wrap it around the handle. Wait 30 min to an hour then try tugging again. That's what worked for me!

I moved my RLS as far as it can go, but still have luke warm water. The hot water heater is set where I want it (i.e. is hot in sinks, etc.), so what else can I do?

If yours is like mine, you'll find the hex screw within the handle recess.  Unscrew the perpendicular handle to reveal the allen screw.

I have a 17 series Delta valve, and have it set to the hottest setting. I get the water nice and hot with a stronger flow, but when I want to have a slow flow (when adding hot water to the tub), the water is barely lukewarm. Any way around it?

+deltafaucet I have a 17 series - it is a terrible trim kit. Can I get the 17T series to replace it? It was just installed and I have had so many problems and I do not get hot water unless I am full volume.

Delta has "updated" the faucet but not the video or the directions with the faucet (!). To adjust, there is a 1" or so diameter spring loaded disc that must be pulled out and rotated left to increase temp. Unfortunately this precludes using "tiny teller"'s logical fix, but on far left it does seem to pump through full hot water.

+deltafaucet  Oops, sorry, I forgot I was woking with a replacement cartridge - and the person who installed it took the directions when he left :(  The above video was very helpful though and the new RLS seems even easier to adjust than the original.  Thanks!!

Hey Boris,i've been suffering from a groin injury for 4 weeks, i been to physio and he has told me i'm ready to get back to football.i trained today with the team and i could feel the pain afterwards but a bit further up, i can feel it when i massage it. the Physio told me it's all in my head and i should deal with the pain and it will go away. and i know you know best and outstanded by your work. shall i continue training or shall i rest it? please let me know as soon as possible. @MrEljasmi I'm really sorry to hear your story. I understand, you taking painkillers because you in pain. Maybe try massage therapy for a while. Very possible pain will go away.The good news is, In cases of a restless legs syndrome, painkillers are not helping. But again, you have to talk to your doctor,and additional to painkillers try massage therapy, as well some of acupuncture experts practicing IMS. Also can be helpful. Fast recovery to you. Boris
