Here is proof of the call of duty crowd.....Why would anybody want to play with a bunch of kids Just play battlefield 4 on the PC the chances of having kid problems is almost zero.

I am not very technologically inclined but i know that the people who want to sensor the internet, can not do it without the people who want free internet. I can not imagine that someone in politics or in big business could physically do it themselves.
