its entirety. I did a bit of google search for help and resources - Soak 20
black raisins overnight in a bowl of water. Squeeze and strain the content.
To this content add the following: 1/2 tsp Yashtimadhu (Licorice)/1tsp amla
powder/1tsp Cumin seeds powder/1tsp fennel seeds powder/1/4tsp dry ginger
powder/pinch of black pepper corn/1/4 tsp cardamom powder. contd

one time consumption or the same quantity is to be consumed in three parts
. whether the liquid can be prepared once in the morning and can be had

This Video does not clarify about the dose. How much quantity of black
raisins to be soak for the mentioned quantity for all materials & for how
much days the prepared quantity will be used.
