For one who is not fully informed nor is an expert on the subject of
weaponized chemical weapons that are developed for NBC nor the poor man's
version of thereof; get informed and do the research. I am very confident
that you were never in the military to have any knowledge or training about
NBCs? Let's go back to 1995 whereas a sarin attack occurred in Tokyo subway
that killed 13 people, plus injuring over a thousand others & prior to that
in 1994 by the same radical cultist group Aum Shinrikyo

Yep, if they had them and wanted to use them, their first targets would be
under siege bases, not Khan Al Assal. Also Churkin's reasoning that
non-standard chemical footprint automatically points to rebels is BS. Assad
regime's chemical weapon stockpiles are completely secret. Not long ago
they even denied having them. Assad regime has experimented with lots of
chemical weapon variants. They could have had this in possession just as
well.
