All that is Me me me. I have a monster that attacks me and now it does it
while I'm on a round. My advice to all is to do super well on your first
three rounds because it's soooo much harder after that. A stall could

I would binge then eat WAY too clean, then binge again. It was terrible. I Started my hcg this week and it's been hard! Emotionally and
psychologically for me.. been crying trying to do this right and you ma'am
have given me a smile .. because there's been a couple of days where I'm
like oh no I want to give up this is not for me God help me. .. it's not
the amount of food but what exactly I can eat I don't want to mess it up.

Girl, I just love seeing your vlogs because you are always keeping it real.
Losing weight is hard enough and no one needs any negative feedback. It's a
personal choice as to what method/tool a person uses to reach their goal.
What truly matters is if a person is truly here to support others that they
should do it by being positive and encouraging. So, as for me I just want

that you've been able to lose a pound of fat recently. And...it's even
better that you are happy...and content and not feeling like your are
lacking in anyway. You're body will guide you and let you know when it is
"needing" something. How awesome that you have come to a point where you

you I tried fast-5 in p3/4 which helped my weight stabalize rather than to
gradually go up . I know what you mean about wanting the right foods and I
started to leave things coz I'd had enough before I would have finished my
plate weather I was hungry or not. You made me smile when you were
remembering going to the kitchen in the past and thinking "what shall I eat
" and having to eat till you were stuffed.. Sally
@rillasvilla Thanks for your comment! Within the realm of foods that I'm
able to eat it is nice being able to not be restricted. I do have health
issues that do cause some "forbidden foods" for me, but I don't mind that
anymore- it's just like those foods don't exist. I agree that it feels good
for life to not be so centered on food. What foods did you find yourself
naturally stop eating?
This honestly makes me want to try fasting once a week, just to see! :) I
think it's so interesting to be able to control your appetite, keep the
calories in check, and probably helps make you feel light and clean!! I'm

loading this round. I hope to be able to use it again when I get to P3
along with what I'm learning in the book Weight loss apocalypse. When we
eat healthy, our bodies DO start to crave real food. I remember a time in
my past when I felt that and it is weird, but true! Oh, that TJ chocolate

@MsHcGGirl You're right about the fasting in the bible! I think fasting
allows you to focus on other things- especially back then when meals
probably took all day to make lol. Even now it takes me a lot of time. I
definitely feel more in control of my whole life in general right now which
is a very good feeling, spiritual and otherwise.
@littlerMEwithHCG I know isn't it? This time has been flying! Yes I really
enjoy the fasting- I used to be scared to do something like that but now it
feels good- it really makes me enjoy when I do eat and just helped me learn
to take a step back and realized I don't have to constantly be stuffing my
face to "keep my metabolism going".
@natsiswdw I totally thought the fasting would be hard too but surprisingly
as long as I drink lots of tea I found that it only feels "hard" at meal
times when I might feel hungry- but if I wait just a few minutes it totally
passes and I feel like I've eaten even though I haven't! I'm sure not
everything is for everyone though.

I totally agree that it is more than mental and *biomedical* issues should
be considered! Very good vlog! Fasting is recommended in the bible to
cleanse & purge the body as well as refocus the mind on the spiritual. Are

Always good to hear from you! I am definitely going to keep that eat stop
eat program in the back of my head for maintenance. We just never know what
our bodies will need when we get to that point.

I totally hear you regarding the crutch foods! It happened to me also
during this last P3/4! I am glad this is working so well for you- I will
definately keep this protocol in my mind for my next P3/4. So- how many
pullups can you do? :) I can do ZERO lol.
@stepharoo85 Yeah it really does all the things you mentioned. I am quite
surprised by this to be honest. I thought that when I fasted I would find
myself totally overeating the following day. But that's not what's
happening. So happy about it!

That's awesome that you are starting a new relationship with eating with

@LynnCC01 I'm still at zero too- I used to be able to do 1 after much
effort and length of time in highschool lol. It's been a little over a
month at xfit now- so eventually- did my first full toes to bar today
though!!
@graphxgrl It really does do that! That is something that has totally
surprised me- I didn't expect that outcome- I thought it might make me want
to eat more and more junk food, but it's done the oppposite.

It's true we don't know always know how our body will react to things at
different points in our journey.
