+Diana kara§, I usually just reheat them on the pan on low heat for a few minutes until it's heated all the way through. It does not take very long, maybe 2-3 minutes per side.

I want to make this for my son and his wife (their religion requires them to be essentially vegan part of the year, so this would be brilliant for them). I can even get wild onions like you (stupid onions and ramps try to overrun our farm every summer). But can I chop the onions smaller? I thought to chop the onions smaller, then mix it with the batter, like you do with yachaejeon or kimchijeon. That would work?

Yes, that works. You wouldn't want to chop them up too small. Slicing length-wise should be better. The long strands provide a certain texture unique to the recipe, but it's ultimately up to you.

+kathklim All green onions were growing in the ground at some point. I think we forget that and don't make the connection sometimes!! ^_^ They are not grown in the supermarket inside rubber bands. hehehe

This seafood pan cake recipe looks very exciting and deserves a try. This pancake is much better than the one I tried in Corean Chilli Restaurant in Soho, London. There was not any seafood to see, only cut onion in the pan cake, no dipping sauce served along with the pancake either. It was no satisfactory experience and destroys much of my expectation regarding Korean food since I was looking forward to getting to know more about Korean cuisine.

I use your recipe, except i chop up the green onions into smaller sections and sprinkle some salt and pepper into my batter. Hello!karensita4100pre, The sweet rice powder is a made out of from sweet rice and It is pretty sticky rice and chewy. You can get sweet rice powder from Asian market. Have a delicious day~~
