The Vietnamese New Year or Tet in Vietnam is so much like Christmas at Disneyland, especially at nights. The fun seems endless. There're beautiful lighted and decorated streets at night like Nguyen Hue and Dong Khoi. So many scooters and people on the HCM City streets are part of the fun for tourists, which is very unique in Vietnam

The US didn't stand a chance winning this war from day one. The Vietnamese fought for their freedom from foreign oppression and interference while the GIs fought simply to survive this one year they had to spend in this hell. The American military leadership could have learned this from the experience the French made but they were simply to arrogant to open their eyes. Maybe they didn't care and just wanted to scare of revolutionaries in other countries by "bombing a country back to Stone Age" and killing millions of innocent people. Well done, they have achieved that.

Yup, thats because it is. Lol. Ofcourse its propagandistic, since it was produced by US Naval photocenter during a time of War, and it was meant for such purposes as boosting morale etc.This was filmed back during the Cold war to counter the communist expansion in SE Asia. As I see it this footage is nowadays primarily of historical value.
