The Touring Car Masters were out practicing today. The guy in the little blue Pacer who loves to skid around the corners was supposed to be out there, but we ...
@kolbpilot you fucking retard Chrysler had nothing to do with AMC till they
pick up Jeep 1989 i think amc use worner t-10 4 speeds and Chrysler 904/727
with ford Starters later on use torbo 400 Gm tranes motorola alternaters
and gm altenaters ,,,boush distibitors and gm distigaters , the where 4
largest car company in amarca and had best parts from big three still
manage to win the 1970 and 1971 Trans Am racein champships the moters where
alllll AMC so suck my dick mister know it all
cool video, I wouldn't call my 1970 Javelin Dashboard cheap, I would call
it expensive since I had to restore it, other than Cadillac right now all
dashboards are boring, does that mean everybody is copying everybody else
now??. exchanging ideas is very common now so maybe Chrysler and AMC were
ahead of their time on that, look at Toyota Matrix and Pontiac Vibe same
car minus front bumper and Valve covers, even came from a Corolla plant ,
who cares about the politics involved
@uhfnutbar1 Brother, you need to get a serious grip. Chryslers '66 Dodge
Charger looks a lot like the '65 AMC Marlin. The Dodge Monaco & AMC Rebel
looked similar. AMC used Chrysler transmissions toward the end. Hell, they
raided any parts bin they could from other car companies. AMC had the 'Big
Bad' colors first, Chrysler themselves started offering wild colors in the
'70s. No, do a little research man. By the way, nice spelling & sentence
structure, asshole.
@uhfnutbar1 Last attempt to reason with the ignorant. If you don't think
AMC & Chrysler were exchanging ideas (imitation is the sincerest form of
flattery) then I can't help ya. AMC copied Chryslers cheap ass dashboards
after '68. Bare bones as can be. I can tell you every nuance between the 2
companies but will save that for another day. Very impressive how you start
cussing people out just because you don't agree with what you read. Most
mature. Cheers.
@kolbpilot im not intarested in your abilaty to spell if you think that
inportin are you trying to say im ignorant person lol try harder,,, i think
the problom here is you are lacking the abilaty to admit when your wrong
and have taking the root of ,foolish or stupid till every one so sick of
you they just say yes your right, ,, your idiot just ask any buddy they
will tell you he he he
Not sure what was done to make the 440 Mopar fit, some cutting may have
been required there, but the Pacer was available with the 304 V8 as an
option and the AMC V8's of that time period all used the same engine block
so putting a 360/390/401 in a car that already came with a 304 wouldn't be
difficult.
I understood one of the elemental problems with the Pacer was having to put
a traditional engine into a space that was originally designed to fit a
rotary unit. I didn't think you could put something that large into one.
hi, how did u do the 5 spd swap on ur pacer, ive got a 79 wagon and the
