How much are you selling it for? Doesn't seem too bad, the power steering rack is what the issue most likely is. But replacing that, the brakes, and finding the issue with the check engine light shouldn't be too expensive for the value of the car. I think it's completely worth it to fix and salvaging it would be a waste.
