This had the potential to be a great vid but i had to rage quit and stop it
because of the bumbling host and to a lesser extent the guy with the poor
English. You could have at least gotten shots of the interior and then did
a voice over if needed or something. I don't know, I'm not a video
producer.

It's the emergency kill switch! It's generally used in the event of a crash to kill all power in the car.

That is an FIA homologated sign to highlight the position of the Master Switch for electricity. In case of an accident, it must be turn off by the drivers/co-drivers (if possible) or by the marshalls : that is why it must be clearly identify.
