I definitely won't recommend milk because dairy causes mucus/phlegm. Not good avoid dairy products as one of the preventive measures to avoid mucus build up in your bronchial passage

The pomegrante, ginger & honey mix- you said to take only a tablespoon of it 3 times a day. Isn't that a very small amount? How do we effectively store the rest of the cup's contents when we've finished the 3 tablespoons?
