+Greg Campbell In a perfect world, there would be a longer version of the Range Rover or Merc GL to compete with the full size suvs. I guess it's a matter of taste. I'm just not a Ford guy, and never will be. The V8 Land Cruiser looks like a cool car if you ask me, and that fits in between the Yukon and Yukon XL sixe wise. It would be nice if Chevy in conjunction with Chrysler took some of the positives Chrysler got from Merc, and did a 4,5-5.0 modern tech V8 version of the Penstar like Chrysler and GM did with the 60 degree M276 3.5 V6. The sad fact is, that those designing the Ford and GM full size suv's are very influenced by eachother, and none of them look really good. In fact, from a visual standpoint, they are all pretty bland and chunky. The Ford is the most boring, the Yukon is a mess, and the Escalade is just awefull in every single way. Look at how much better and up to date the Jeeps, Land Rovers, Mercs, and Audis look. The crossovers are much nicer looking as well, if you ask me. They should try and think out of the box a little.
