This looks so good - I love scallops. I wonder how this would be with the white wine in with the scallops instead of the butter, and whole wheat angel hair pasta for a healthier version. Gotta try that. Oh, and love that plate - its beautiful!

that's a pretty plate lol. but anyhoo great alternative to making scallops. i usually like mine marinated in lime and honey and sauteed.
