I live in Cleveland this has gone on for years, the problem is Steve Loomis
and the union. The department is made up of a bunch of problem law
enforcement bullies. No one wants to live in the city but they want to
control it, with their arrogance and my way or the highway attitude.
Cleveland like most cities have good officers and bad, but a lot of them
are in to hide behind the badge and lawyers, when they are in trouble. The
department needs to disband and start over.

This is the result of bad parenting sometimes. If some parents knows how to
take care of their children, this situation won't happen... And about the
police officer, what is happening to some of them? Their duty is to protect
people and not by shooting them especially kids... Sad, RIP young boy...
