+Saulo Calderon Are you on the new T-Mobile plan that supports Canada and Mexico LTE? make sure you get it to ensure you can get the FULL LTE, not the throttled 128kbps like I had!

Just need to make sure people know that they have to call in and update their plan to allow this. I haven't done this yet.

+Luis Orellana If you make a Wi-Fi call from outside the US, they will not charge you the $0.20. If you are outside the US and make a standard call to the local country or back to the US, they charge you the $0.20. Just call 611 and ensure you have international calling and texting from international enabled before leaving (it should already be enabled).
Your really cheap.Why can't you demonstrate a voice call it is only 20
cents per minute.

That's right, because international speeds on our T-Mobile are only 128kbps

Agreed. T-Mobile in HK sucks. We bought two devices (including a wireless
hotspot), and neither has worked since we arrived last summer. We were
PROMISED time and time again that it would work as this is the main reason
we went with T-Mobile.Total POS. Fortunately for us, we paid extra to get
the option to unlock the SIM for the rather expensive phone, so we were
able to use it for local carriers. We were also PROMISED that the wifi
hotspot would continue to work FOREVER using low-speed data over 3G, but
that was a lie as well. On top of all this, they tried to continue
charging us for this crappy "service" after we left the US and disconnected
our phones.

Yeah, we used it in the US for years with no problem and my wife is on vacation and using an old Samsung T-Mobile phone which still works. Just the big package of international roaming stuff does not work. I still have a hotspot which just say "searching" all the time. And I've tried it in several places. Would not recommend at all.

Yes, my buddies and I were discussing this. Don't get me wrong though--T Mobile works well in other countries, but something is definitely messed up about the roaming agreement in HK.

and if you look at your bill you got billed for the minits and for int
roming. i have this option and called tmobile and this is something you get
charged for its just alowes you to use wifi as a tower and thats all

It was blindingly obvious that people would buy the 5s over the 5c. To put
things into perspective the 5s is breaking all Apple records. You guys seem
to be very anti-Apple these days, not even bothering to clarify that 5s
sales are where everyone's money is going.

iPhone 5c is a mistake! iPhone should stick to the premium phone
production. Next iPhone I would suggest a new screen size at least 4.5inch
display, may add additional model in 5.5 inch display. Retain the built
quality and change the design.
