I have an iphone 5 still running at 7.1.2, just wondering if there any flaws if I upgrade to 8.1.2 will it slow down my device?

It looks fast but I recently purchased an iPhone 5 that was still on iOS 6.1. Also I just really can't stand all the white on iOS 7+8. So probably won't be updating anytime soon. Unless my iDevice messes up really bad and I'm forced to update!!!!

I'm thinking of holding out until the last version of iOS 8 and then updating if I do. Cause if the 5 is anything like the 4S is on iOS 8. I don't want iOS 9 anywhere near my iPhone!!!

If i where you. I should update to ios 8 before ios 9 is out because i think ios 9 will slow up the iphone 5

Hi, I've also tried to update my device to this new version, but mistakenly used the wrong USB file. Now it won't turn on anymore. Can anyone who had this problem please help me solve it? Thanks!
