Hi doc. Do you recommend any home exercises to help balance shoulder heights? My left shoulder is higher than my right shoulder and as I have quite large trapezius the imbalance is quite noticeable.

I might have to schedule an appointment with you in the near future. I have a habit of cracking my neck. I recently started to get pain via cracking my neck, but only when i crack it on the left side, and the pain shoots from my neck to my upper back; It feels pretty stiff.

I'm really offended. I know its wrong that so many people are harassing him, but what really got to me was when it said "If you want help, dont move to Austin!" At the end. I live like fourty five minutes to an hour from Austin. I don't really go to Austin that much because of the distance, and theres a high probability this wasn't fake, for sure; but giving Austin a bad reputation isn't right.
