I have the same Omega juicer you have. Have you ever used the homogenizer
blanking plate on the Omega for your fruit? I have when making leathers

You can use an oven on lowest temperature according to the majority of
fruit leather videos on YouTube, but it takes forever, so I'd think a
dehydrator is better if you want a cooked meal that day :D

You can only use wax paper if you're dehydrating the fruit. I'm assuming
you cooked it, which yes, the fruit mixture will stick to the wax paper if
you attempted to dehydrate it by oven cooking.

Hi Candy....so nice to meet you! Thanks for your question. I've never made the roll ups like that with foil before, but, you could try it. After you put your foil down spray a little cooking spray to prevent sticking. I'm sure you remember as kids the traditional fruit roll-ups are quite sticky anyway so just spray some cooking spray first, hope that helps.
