the tests are set up so that you will fail.  30% (or 33%, I forget) of sober people fail the test as well.  Thats why you never take the test and tell them that.

It has caused many fights among the big wigs in town but just as this video shows they cant be trusted. This all stemmed from a bar brawl in town here years back involving 3 NYPD who were off duty and vacationing but were armed and drunk.Now they have to turn in their weapons, not carry them or show cause that they are on the job and must comply with the sheriffs demands or THEY will be arrested and believe me they wont stand a chance because 99% of the populace in my county are armed to the teeth.This is a huge reason why I never go into the City nor do i cross the border into NJ because of the BS tactics used by both of these Police states..Also when NYPD cops retired to the Poconos and want to carry a weapon they must go thru the same background and wait to carry a concealed weapon which is 1 yr of residency.I had one retired NYPD cop bitching at a local gun shop that he had to wait to get his CCW license and that he should automatically be given the right being a x cop.. Thousands have died for our freedoms, and if an officer can't explain why you're being arrested in a simple sentence, fuck off. The cops who don't answer that question do it for one of two reasons-1. They enjoy bullying and having power of citizens, and don't feel like they need to explain anything to the scum citizens. 2. They need time to figure out why they are arresting you so they can fabricate something on the report. If you're being detained, it needs to be clear why you are. This is just a simply common fucking courtesy thing at the very least.
