Home Made Yogurt is the way to go Brenda, I rarely buy shop bought, I have
made my own for many years too, it come in fits and starts, sometimes I go
off yogurt for a while. I have plans to do a series about home made yogurt,
at our hearts we are all about self sufficiency. The Stuff in the shops is
just awful any way, more like melted ice cream in most cases. YouTube love
it or hate it we wouldn't have met without it, so I'll put up with the crap
(sometimes) for the good it brings :) Steve

My mother in law makes an orange cake. My husband is really used to it and
likes it. Since he is gluten free at home, I should really put this
together for him for a dessert. I don' t think she puts yogurt in it. I bet
this is nice and moist! I'd definitely eat all this lol, I can't be trusted
with desserts! Yummm. I hope you are sleeping and feeling good =)

Not to be rude, but just wondering, is it a normal thing in Australia to
give children food with a bit of alcohol in them? Just curious because in
America we tend to overreact about those types of things
+Sarah M I don't even think she ate a strawberry so she wouldn't have had any alcohol. But to answer your question, I guess we tend to be fairly relaxed on the whole matter. The legal drinking age here is 18, but parents often allow their 16 year olds to have a beer at a family barbeque.I don't know about other families but my family was always fine with giving their kids alcohol. When I was about 10 I was allowed to have a shot glass of beer or wine with my dinner. And when food itself actually has alcohol in it, it's usually so small that it wouldn't have any effect. I suppose I'm adding to the stereotype that all Australians are drinkers and all Australians are relaxed, but, well there's some truth it it. :P
Be thing u made yet! U over do your self! I love u and your family, u gyes

Are you ready to remix your old fashioned PB&J? These Bodybuilding Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches will give you fresh ideas that'll fit your macros! Low carb ...
I don't understand how you can call this "low fat" I mean you're using
peanut butter which is pretty much almost entirely made of fat, and then
you're adding a load of sugary jelly to it. It may be a "bodybuilding" meal
but certainly not something to eat in excess, more of a treat.
